    "Jeremy and the Snow Canyon Catering team are the absolute best!! The culinary caliber is unmatched by any other caterer in the Southern Utah area but his food is on par with some of the best caterers you’d find in the biggest cities anywhere. We eat nice food, A LOT and I’ve run many events in my life and it was by far the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had. He worked to tailor the menu to the “Southwestern vibe” of our Wedding and was able effortlessly accommodate all our menu and serving requests ie serving family style to a wedding of 120 guests. The food came out on time and beautifully served (I come from a family of potato connoisseurs and they were the talk of the evening!). Yum. Beyond that Jeremy is just plain cool. He got the vibe, brought the vibe and had an amazing attitude all night! And even took my call to answer some questions completely unrelated to food the morning after. I wouldn’t just hire snow canyon catering again— I would literally look for an excuse to throw a party near Zion so we could hire him! If you’re getting married in Southern Utah, don’t think twice.
